North Port

North Port is a city located in Sarasota County, Florida, with a population of 74,793 people according to the 2020 census. This city is part of the North Port – Bradenton – Sarasota metropolitan area1. North Port is conveniently situated between Tampa and Fort Myers, and is known for being one of the fastest-growing communities in the nation.

Natural Attractions: North Port is the only city in the state of Florida that has a complete state forest within its city limits: the 8,000-acre Myakka State Forest.
